IITA has become my sanctuary; it is a safe space for me to slow down and unwind. But I don’t need to go to IITA to slow down. I can recall the lessons from my journey and slow down with myself or my Gospel of Nature folks. And I can decide to go back anytime, and it does not have to be when I feel my spirit separate from my body.
