Watching birds and their behavior may contribute to feelings of relaxation, which in turn leads to reduced stress and improved mental health. Simply being able to see birds, and spending more time in nature, has been shown to lower the risk of anxiety, stress and depression.

In this experiential session, we’ll go birdwatching at the studio and teach you how to develop your mindfulness by slowing down to observe the different birds that visit the garden, engaging your eyes with their diverse colors, and your eyes with their melodious sounds.
